Submission a Flight Plan
Procedures for presenting a plan of flight Information regarding the projected flight or part of the same to be supplied to air traffic services units, it will give in the form of a flight plan.
A flight plan will be presented before making a flight in accordance with:
a) Any flight or part of it to which you have to provide air traffic control service.
b) Any IFR flight within the airspace with Advisory service.
c) Any flight within designated areas or to along designated routes, when so require the competent ATS authority to facilitate the provision of flight information services, of alert and search and rescue.
d) Any flight within designated areas or to along designated routes, when so require the competent ATS authority to facilitate coordination with the dependencies of competent air traffic services in Adjacent states, in order to avoid possible need for interception for the purpose of ID.
e) All flights across international borders Presentation time Flight plans will be submitted with up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time outside chocks (EOBT). Changes In The Flight Plan PresentedAll changes to a flight plan submitted for an IFR flight, or for a VFR flight, will be notified as soon as possible to the corresponding dependence on services Air traffic.
The information presented before departure regarding the autonomy or the total number of people transported to board, if it is inaccurate at the time of departure constitutes a major change in the flight plan and as such should be notified.
Note 1:If a delay is not duly notified in the flight departure, relevant flight plan data they may not be available for dependence on Appropriate Air Traffic Services when requested a definitive authorization, which will cause consequently, an additional flight delay.
Note 2:If you do not properly notify a delay in the departure (or cancellation) of a flight, can be started without need an alert or search measure and rescue, when the flight does not reach the airfield of destination within 30 minutes after your time Landing Estimate (ETA) in force.
When a flight for which it has been submitted is canceled A flight plan will be reported immediately to the appropriate ATS dependency. In case of a delay of thirty minutes or more at the departure of a flight for which a flight plan has been submitted, the flight plan or a new flight plan will be presented after the previous plan has been canceled.
Arrival Report (Flight Plan Closure In International Operations)Unless the authority of the Transit Services Competent air (ATS) prescribe otherwise, it will be given arrival notice, personally or by radio, as soon as possible after landing, at corresponding ATS dependence on the aerodrome of arrival, after every flight with respect to which.
Submitted A Flight PlanWhen a flight plan has been submitted only for a part of the flight other than the remaining part of the flight to the destination point is will cancel, when necessary, by means of a report appropriate to the relevant dependency of the Services of Air Traffic.
