Procedure For Submitting A Flight Plan

A flight plan will be presented in accordance with ICAO Annex 2 Chapter 3.3.1, for all international flights prior to the operation, like any IFR or VFR flight. CAD form, will be used ATC F 50.

In the event of a delay of 30 minutes or more in the departure of a flight for which a flight plan has been submitted, the flight plan will be amended or a new flight plan will be presented after the previous plan has been canceled.

Note 1:If a delayed departure from a controlled flight is not duly notified, the relevant Flight Plan details may no longer be available to the appropriate ATS Unit when a final authorization is requested, which will result in a additional flight delay.
